Vito's Pizza

The food is great, no complaints there. However, this place NEEDS a separate line for paid online orders. I am so sick of going to pick up my food on my lunch break only to get stuck behind 20 drunk college kids waiting for a slice of pizza.

NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY! In the past week I have spent over 60 dollars and thousands since 2018. Today, I placed a 32 dollar and change order and forgot to order root beer. So, I called and reorder the 2lt beverage and they told me I can not order that alone. I explained the money I spent there, I am getting over the flu, and I live right down the street. They said no! I put up with their dry and burnt doe on their pizza, their Italian sausage sub that was dry and not even Italian sauge....and it came without peppers and was dry...tasted like a pizza. Vito's has NO CONCEPT ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY! THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME! GOOD LUCK ON BEING APPRECIATED FROM THEM!

I came in and ordered and waited an hour and a half before I had to say where the h*ll is my food. The staff was just playing around childishly all I ordered was 3 subs it should have maybe taken 30 minutes max but I waited an unnecessary amount of time after working a 12 hour shift because the employees here thought they were at the park instead of their job. A whole group came in ordered and ate their food all in the time I was waiting for mine. Delicious food 10/10 but the service made me quite unhappy.
