Vito's is perhaps the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at. I moved to Jacksonville in 1992 with Merrill Lynch. I found the original Vito's on Baymeadows Road. I was amazed that I found a restaurant that was as good as any from New York City! It was a like a taste of home for a lost Yankee boy. My family has eaten at one of Vito's restaurants ever since! Today we had veal parmigiano that was out of this world!
Meal was superb, perfect in every way. I felt like I was back in the Bronx at a reunion with the NY & NJ family. My beautiful friends set this up for a fellowship meal and Vito’s did not disappoint. What a beautiful night in memory of a wonderful person. Can’t wait to go back, definitely my new date night spot with my lady.♥️
The atmosphere was great, they had a band playing in the vineyard. The was a family and romantic atmosphere which was nice before ordering the food. The food was great we got Alla Rosa and Rack of Lamb for main course while Calamari Fritti & shrimp marinara served over a bed of linguini for appetizers. Day ended with Cannoli & Lemoncelli for dessert. I love their statement “life is too short to eat bad Italian food” ????????
