Vita Bella Pizza

Been ordering from Vita Bella ever since we moved to Plainfeild last year. Food and service have always been great until recently. Ordered 24 wings & pizza totaling $70. Pizza came out good but they have made better before. Best part I only received 11/24 wings.. Called back to explain issue and They didn’t want to take full responsibility for the messed up order. Issued a small credit which didn’t even cover the wings. Food is taking a dive & bad customer service.

I accidentally placed our order at the wrong location and not only did they transfer it themselves but they gave us a discount! The food was delivered promptly and arrived hot and fresh. We had pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks and everything was delicious. We just moved to the area and will definitely be ordering again!

The pizza is always so good ! I would give 5 stars but the reasoning for 4 was due to the young ladies that were at the checkout counter . As I came in they didn’t say hello or anything they kind of just were staring at one another to see who was going to take care of me . So I spoke and just walked to one side of the register where one of the girls was closer too. I think customer service is still important despite covid and all the crazy things in the world. I know they were young probably younger than me and I’m in my 20s,but having a kind heart and positive service experience for most customers that come in will go a long way! Thank you
