Vintage Pizza

I called to place an order using a coupon from the 2022 SaveAround Greater Albany book and the person who picked up the phone said that they would not honor the coupon. He said that they published this coupon without permission. I've been using these coupon books for years and have never heard anyone say this before. Unfortunately if you're not going to honor a valid coupon, you've lost my business.

Ordered from here for the 1st time on Sunday, needless to say it was not a good experience. I called because when we received our order there were no salads or bread included with it, we ordered a baked Manicotti and Stuffed Shells. As you can see from the attached picture it states that it comes with these things. When I called the first time to let them know that they were missing, the gentleman stated that they don't come with those 2 items. Well as you can see it states that it does. So, I looked at the website again to make sure I wasn't mistaken and after making sure I wasn't wrong I called back. I advised him that their website did in fact state that it was included with all baked pasta dishes the gentleman was very rude this time and stated "well it doesn't come with them." I advise this very rude gentleman that they may want to fix their website then to states this, and due to how rude he was being that I will never order from them again which he replied "good then don't orde

The delivery driver was horrific. This guy screamed at me because he got lost. I liked the pizza but I'm so turned off by the staff now I don't think I'll ever order again. I don't normally post bad reviews I'm more of a if you have anything nice to say don't say it all kinda gal. But something about w hulking man screaming at me didn't sit right. I waited awhile to post this. But I felt like others should know.
