Absolutely the best vegan in Orlando in 2022. The owner (Fabio) is mostly a plant-based eater and the care put into the food is far beyond the many Michelin restaurants in Orlando. A MUST do even if you're not vegan as they have a carni menu too. Food: we went for "Fabio's Table" which is a rotating special menu that occurs every few months in addition to the base menu for our one year wedding anniversary. This was fixed five courses, all vegan, and absolutely delicious. The theme was Europe Meets Asia and we had Paella Springrolls, Italian Bahn Mi, German Udon Soup, Peking Tempeh with French Mothersauces, and a Vietnamese / French crepe for dessert. I cannot begin to describe how each dish was an explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced, unexpected, and portioned (if you're not a glutton). We try to go to four new restaurants every year during Magical Dining, and this year our best experience by far was here at Vinia. It was lovely to see a variety of dishes inspired by Italy, Brazil, the Caribbean, and more, and all tasting so delicious. We arrived right around opening and asked if they had outdoor seating since we had our dog with us; Fabio, the owner, graciously accommodated us by setting up a table outside. My wife had the Burrata Al Pesto Viola e Verde, and I had the Romeu & Julieta to start. The purple pesto on her appetizer was an unexpected touch on a classic burrata dish. Mine consisted of Brazilian cheese breads with guava sauce. When I tell you these were bite-sized pillowy clouds of joy that I will be dreaming about, I mean it. They absolutely bursted with cheese and melted on the tongue. I would drive here from Davenport any day for these alone. The guava sauce added the perfect amount of sweetness. What a wonderful experience we had tonight. We decided to try this restaurant as part of magical dining and we were not disappointed. We started with the Romeu & Julieta and the Carne con queso empanadas and both were delicious but the empanadas with the chimichurri were the star. For our main course, we both selected the pasta con funghi porcini et erbe aromatiche and that was fantastic (and vegan!). We finished off with the dessert duos I go the chocolate pot du crème and te cuscuz de tapioca con coco and my partner got the chocolate pot du crème with the VINIA caramel affogato. The latter of which was served with a shot of espresso and that was by far the star. The service was great the whole time and Fabio made sure to give us hugs before we left. I look forward to my next visit and to try some of the gnocchi
