I have eaten here a few times. Enjoyed it each time. On the last occasion (9.29.23), a waiter dropped a ketchup container which splattered on several of us. Accidents happen. The manager apologized and offered to pay for dry cleaning. The waiter did not initially know anything had gotten on us. But he took ownership and came to apologize personally. I was impressed with the acknowledgement and professionalism of this young man. I don't wish to name anyone, but thank you to both the manager and this employee. Your professionalism and graciousness are greatly appreciated.
I hosted a business lunch with a total of 15 guests. Herman was our waiter. Herman provided amazing customer service with a smile. The menu has a variety that made everyone happy. Thanks for delicious food and relaxing atmosphere. We will be back.
