Village Inn

7/13/2022 Sent my son in to buy 3 pieces of pie and Dawn, who was behind the counter was extremely rude, helped other customers WHILE filling my order, and then proceeded to shake the boxes the slices were in. These were for a special occasion so having the bulk of the French silk attached to the box due to her shaking it was very disappointing. Customer service here has declined severely over the years and today reminded me why we don't come to this location anymore.

Wasnt feeling well and the waitress tried to get me something that I could eat or drink. I wish most of them had not closed. The menu is varied,home-style cooking. The pies are so good; and they have the BEST pancakes in town. Parking: Convenient to door. Wheelchair accessibility: Had a walker that day. They saw me and came to open doors. My friend and I could have handled it ourselves but it was "customer service". Something you don't see or get much of anymore.

My mother, sister, nephew, and I all met up for brunch today. Melanie was the best server ever! The food was great and Melanie really made us feel comfortable to sit and catch up with each other. She was very sweet and attentive, we had a great visit because of her!
