Village Grill of Farmington Hills

Food is good but service was very unfriendly. I went in an hour before closed and was asked 3-4 times if we knew when they closed. They also barely gave any dressing for my salad and charged $1 for extra. And they aggressively mopped around our table with very strong, chemical scented mop water after they told us they close in an hour.

Had breakfast here this morning after the storm last night. Most places were without power and closed. The breakfast was ok. The place was hopping, only one wait staff there, so service was challenged. She did a great job.

I've been here numerous times and the food is really good. The customer service though is honestly really bad. If you dine in, they aren't the best hosts and if you call to do carry out, they don't let you speak and constantly talk over you, they don't answer questions and I had to repeat the same question 4 different times just to get a half answer, they don't tell you a pick up time, they're over all really unprofessional. It's unfortunate because the food is delicious and the only reason I don't go back more often is because of how rude and unprofessional the staff is.
