Ordered Broccoli Cheddar soup, a Chicken Salad Sandwich, and piece of cake for delivery. The order was placed online with specific instructions. The person preparing my order was "Felicia B". The order I received was incorrect and also prepared incorrectly. The cake was missing. I got the wrong soup and my sandwich was missing the extra toppings I paid to add. When I called Village Baker to explain the problem, their response was "We can't help you with a refund. If you'd like we can remake it for you, but you'll have to come pick it up". I ordered delivery because I'm not in a position to physically pick it up. I paid for delivery, I even included a tip for the driver. No one bothered to check the order, no one bothered to make sure the order was prepared according to instructions and no one bothered to care about making it right when they got it wrong. I understand things are difficult for restaurants right now. Short on staff, etc. But there's really no excuse for preparing an order
I love their sandwiches! They have such yummy bread, and quick service! The pizza is ok too The only thing is the parking. Sometimes it can get pretty hard to find some when it's busy, mostly lunch time. But, it just shows how many people go there! … More
Nice little sweet shop, located in the Salt Lake City area. They have a great variety, I have cookies, cakes, and other delicious dessert items. We bought an assortment, and everything was delicious. They are in a small space, that is kind of cramped when there are several people there. They do offer dine in service as well.
