Went here with my boyfriend for brunch. We noticed they’re limited staff which very understanding nowadays for family restaurant. We ordered Phở Tái Chín ( rare and brisket ) and bánh mì thịt nướng ( grilled pork sandwich ) everything was delightful, taste just like how it was in Vietnam. They said it’s was 100% beef bone which I can tell due to a good dark brown and some fat on top!
Didn’t realize I liked Pho until I went here. Spicy noodles was so awesome!! Great location, great service and atmosphere! Highly recommend!
Loved the beef pho. Wish I took pictures. Added some siracha, hoison sauce, chili oil with the jalapeños ???????? Love spicy pho. But that broth is awesome straight.
