We eat here all the time and it’s the best pho in the area. The broth is great. There are probably four other pho restaurants closer to my house and I always choose this one. That being said, it’s a busy fast casual restaurant so don’t be a jerk when you’re not getting filet mignon with your pho and boba. I recently dined at this pho restaurant, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this pho restaurant and find a better alternative. Let's start with the food. The pho I, my sister and wife ordered was far from satisfactory. The broth lacked depth and flavor, leaving us with an insipid and unsatisfying taste. The meat was not cooked well and tough, and the noodles were clumped together. It was evident that little care was put into the preparation of the dish. To make matters worse, after I paid my bill and left the restaurant, one of the staff members actually had the audacity to chase me down and demand a tip. This is not only unprofessional but also illegal. Tipping should be at the customer's discretion, and no one should be forced to leave a tip against their will. Best softshell crabs we've had in a long time. Excellent fried dumplings and pork spring rolls. The lo mein dishes were very tasty, but unusually sweet. Portions are large, and service was pleasant. The kitchen was stressed because the place gets crowded at lunchtime. Very good experience.
