I want to give 10 stars for taste and the actual food but factoring that in with the service it's a 2. Today was 2nd time I ordered tortas (to go) the way I like and once got all the way home with them and tonight to work and they were wrong. I confirmed with her on the phone what is on them and what I actually wanted on them.. I wanted to impress a work friend with a farewell dinner and there were no beans and no avocado on my tortas. I called the restaurant to basically complain and she informed me it couldn't be wrong because the owner made the tortas and I said well I can bring you a photo if u like and she said "well the person that picked up the order didn't check it" I said " yes I picked up the order myself but I didn't know when i order a sandwich I have to check to see if I got what I ordered" and she hung up on me. Wow.

Have tried tostadas de Shrimp and octopus Previous visits .. The bomb. But the garlic shrimp ???? not so good no taste what's so ever no salt or flavor, Shrimps was cook in oil and not butter.. Very disappointed.. Beans and rice and picodegallo was very good.

Victor's is a true Mexican experience of food. I have had it many times. If you like authentic Mexican food, please give them a try. They do such a great job, the employees where I work get them delivered on the weekend. Never had a complaint about the dine in, or delivered food. The hot sauce is made there and is very good. Definitely recommend.
