Victorico’s Mexican Food - Vancouver

Our visit is always great when the store manager is working. We came in on Sunday afternoon and was planning to sit down and eat but had noticed that the dining room was very warm. That day was suppose to hit a high of 99°. We ended up talking to the manager to find out what was wrong and found out it is taking corporate up to 2 weeks to come out and get their air conditioning fixed. I really think this is a risk to your staff and your customers as the inside temperature of the building was uncomfortable to stay and eat. I can only imagine how hot it was in the back of the restaurant in the kitchen. Please respond to these issues and concerns in a more timely manner as your staff should not be working in those harsh conditions! We ended up asking to take our food to go since the dining room was too hot and muggy to sit inside to eat.

I love this place. I’ve been here countless times. But today was different, I came in with a bit of an odd order. The people here asked no questions and just did whatever it took to get the order right for me. We got it billed and I was amazed by their patience with me and flexibility. Flavor is always great. Just another reason of many why I keep coming back!
