Ten Years and Counting, we now know why! Each bite was Pure Delight like happiness in your mouth. There was the sense of Excitement along with a craving for each course that followed! With that said Vernick Food and Drink is a must try when in Philadelphia! We made reservations in advance and ate upstairs.We had a 7 course tasting with amuse bouche for each dish. The atmosphere was great and are servers were awesome and on point.
Amazing food! Everything was simply amazing. The Hamachi..the duck...and finally such a unique dessert with rhubarb and multiple concoctions. Such a delicious meal!
The food in Vernick is truly bliss on a plate. It’s one of those restaurants where every ingredient plays a role in creating rich and complex flavor profiles. The menu is likely seasonal so I won’t dwell much on individual dishes but know that every single item sang like a perfectly tuned choir. From the sun choke soup amouse-bouche, to the tartare of the beef and the half chicken.
