Verde Taqueria

Went around noon on a Saturday, was busy, but was able to be seated within a few minutes. Service was excellent, jalapeno queso, and salsa as well as chips were good. Here is where the restaurant can improve. Flavorrrrr was not there for the fish, buffalo, and steak tacos. The dirty bird taco was the only one seasoned. If I was to visit again, I would only get the dirty bird taco.

Verde never disappoints. This is more of a Tex-Mex restaurant than a classic Mexican restaurant. We love taking our kids to dine in because there’s always a great, family friendly atmosphere. Since Covid hit, this has also become one of our favorite take-out spots. The shrimp tacos are the best, and we love that you can get their house margaritas to go. Also, their salsa is to die for and is my absolute favorite. If you get appetizers, tacos, and drinks it will definitely be more pricey than a traditional Mexican restaurant, but it’s totally worth it.

Simple neighborhood taqueria, better suited for lunch than dinner. Even though you pay for chips and salsa, the salsa is unlimited.
