Verde Salad Co.

The girl who made a kids salad for my son yesterday around 3pm was not welcoming and rude. No hello no customer service. My son ordered romane and iceberg for his kids bowl, the iceberg salad tray was empty and she tried to serve us the end which was brown in color old and not fresh salad and She chopped very little salad I asked her to replace the salad and she definitely had an attitude for asking to replace. She said “I’m adding rice” . I said yes but the salad is old and bad and very little. She didn’t respond just changed out trey with an attitude of annoyance. Serving old bad food is I’m sure a health hazard. We come here often and the customer service is always a hit or miss… probably wont come back the negative energy from employee is not worth it. I’ll go somewhere else.

Love this place!!! So many options to choose from. My favorite so far is the Al pastor grain bowl. The picture is the Mexican Caesar salad (also yummy). Every time I go they seem to be understaffed so the wait is sometimes long if they’re busy. Thank you for all the vegetarian options and the tofu!

Have been to the one at the mall so came here by my house for a salad about 30 minutes ago. No greeting from anyone. The girl just stared awkwardly. Looked like she was new so I asked for 2 salads and she pulled out a nasty, dirty laminated menu to see how to make it. She proceeded to grab some salad with the same hand she grabbed the nasty, stained menu. I canceled my order and walked out. Won’t be back to this location.
