This was one of the best dinning experiences I've had. My grandmother wanted to go to Vast for a while, but we had never taken the time. I'm so glad we did. She was thrilled with the experience. She adored the food, reveled in the atmosphere, and was captivated by the views. I am plant-based and teach women how to manage a plant-based lifestyle, so I can be picky, but this experience was perfection. I had the following: ????A cauliflower steak cooked to perfection with a savory sauce that was purely divine. ???? Brussels Sprouts medley with peppers and mushroom (I could eat this EVERY SINGLE DAY!!) ???? Fried potatoes that were a perfect balance between being crisp and airy. ???? Mixed berry sorbet for dessert. I have no idea how this was done (mine DO NOT turn out like this). My mouth was in heaven! We should have never stalled at visiting this restaurant and will certainly be back.
My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner last night. The views were amazing, the food was excellent, and the service was second to none. Our waiter Tony was so nice and very professional. We both enjoyed talking to him and we can’t say enough about how he treated us. Hope to see him again during our next visit. A huge shoutout to our valet JJ. What a professional and friendly human being. Great job to all and thank you for making our evening very special!
The food was great, but what was better was the attentiveness of the staff. The view is incredible, if you've never visited Oklahoma City, Vast view allows you to see the flat plains all the way to the horizon. We had the Surf &Turf, and the fillet's seasoning with the wine reduction gave it a unique flavor. My Pistachio Encrusted Salmon was great as well. Very glad to had visited this place while in Oklahoma. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. Not sure if they had their own parking structure, but that was not clear and we had to find parking in an adjacent building a block away. Parking: Parking is a problem because we had to find parking in an adjacent building.
