Ushio Sushi

Chirashi Don was probably one of the worst examples I've had. 3 types of basic fish tuna, hamachi, salmon. No toragashi or seasoning in the rice bowl. The sliced beef bowl was all grisle fat. What little meat was in it had some flavor but I was very un impressed after giving this place a second try. Drive the extra few miles and go to Koume if you want an authentic Japanese meal.

We drove more than an hour to come here, it was totally worthy. The quality was so high, and price was nice. Everyone was absolutely amazing. My husband and I enjoyed it so much. Definitely coming back.

Ordered the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which was indeed very spicy, yet still enjoyable if you are used to spicy food; and what I considered a very big portion especially for its price. The pork, broth, and everything in between was delicious. The staff was outstanding; they were always very attentive and whenever they saw me struggling a little with the spicyness, one of them would get close and ask if everything was alright and if I needed anything. TL;DR: Tasty, big portions of ramen; careful if you order the spicy one, it truly is. Extremely attentive staff. Would definitely go again and try more or their food.
