Urbano Enchilada Taco Bar

Not a good experience on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Was excited to try this spot, again, in hopes it might become my new local hang out - Probably Not. Picked up an order to go and just felt there was no attendtion to detail or customer service. Had requested corn tortillas on my order; extra charge OK. No tortillas or hot sauce in my order. They brought me the hot sauce. I asked if I could get some tortillas and the manager lady said there was a charge for that. I said OK. No one ever brought them out. She asked me again if I needed anything and I said yes I would like some tortillas. She said again that there was a charge for that. I said that was OK. She brought me a bill for $1.60 and I gave her $2.00. She brought me my tortillas and walked away. I stood there waiting for her to return with my change. She did not, instead she asked if I needed something else. I said, yes, my change. Not that it was a big amount, but I was due change. She said they didn't give cha

The food we got was delicious. Our server was fast and courteous. We will definitely be coming again. Margaritas ???? were on point!

My daughter and I went here as we just moved to flower mound. We were greeted and sat in a timely manner. Our server could care less if we starved. I had to walk over and ask if she was in our section as she was texting away with only 1 other table. The food was cold and tasted off. We asked our waitress if we could send it back and she came back in quite a rude manor asking if we wanted to leave. I asked to speak with someone in charge and she advised us the owners would say the same thing. I asked for our bill which we were fully charged for and added to the bill was an alcoholic beverage which is outrageous because I don’t drink and my daughter is 7. I will never come to this establishment again and will be letting my friends and family know of my experience here. If I could give a negative I would.
