Great food, solid service! The pot pie and appetizers were really good.

This place has hands-down the worst service. Over the past 6 months I've given them "another chance" several times (I'm a local) but they wholly disappoint... There are better, friendlier, places in walking distance that get my business. Many servers (esp . bartenders) are rude and my basic orders have been incorrect more times than not. And So... Very... Slow... to welcome customers, take orders, and bring food. They don't have a happy hour; the manager told me he doesn't think hotel guests should get discounts there. Big loss. Nice spot, great patio, and a decent menu (not great, just decent). Sweet potato fries are good.

Horrible experience grabbing a quick meal before we flew. Food ok but service was horrible. Waitress was more concerned about her own family that was other table that was occupied in the restaurant than anyone else. I’ve always like this restaurant but what bad service. Love to talk to management if they care. What happened…..? Dietary restrictions: Rolled her eyes when I asked about a possible GF entree
