Urban Thai Kitchen

While visiting my mom and sister in San Diego, they kept raving about their “new favorite restaurant” for takeout… We picked up some drunken noodles and pineapple fried rice, and it was even better than they said it would be! The people working were friendly and courteous as well. If I could give Urban Thai more than five stars, I certainly would!

My friend and I ate dinner here for the first time last night. They had indoor and outdoor dining. It’s a casual place. Our server was friendly and attentive. The coconut shrimp appetizer was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my seafood ginger wok-fried though I requested for no onions & it contained onions. My friend had the bbq pork eggplant wok-fried. She said that it was only okay.

It was our first time here, and we loved it. We ordered three plates to share, and after trying a few bites we ordered two more. The food is extremely tasty and yummy, and the service was great.
