Let me start off by saying- the staff is so welcoming and open. They made us feel so special even though it was alot of other guest in the restaurant. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu items. She got our vision and pointed us in the right direction of what to order. She was patient and so accommodating. *I wish I could remember her name* Food: everything was hot and fresh. I had a Ceasar salad- the parm was so refreshing and the cracked black pepper was a nice addition, the snow crab legs were so good they were light, salted and steamed I had it with the lemon butter it was so juicy, sweet, and salty!, the calamari was fried to perfection, and for the main dish I had the Texas Red Fish- that thing was so flaky and seasoned paired with the loaded baked potato it was so good! **I also drizzled the lemon butter over it as well** Drink: I had the Honey Coast- it was a lemony, honey, sweet, Whiskey that was delicious. Best seafood restaurant in Plano! Everything is fresh and tasty! Service was exceptional, we had a great time at this beautiful venue for celebration. I really like the grill oyster. We were surprised with our dessert as well.

Urban Seafood can be great depending on your expectations. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The food is fair at best. It appears people who come here and get a special table side fishes dish really enjoy the food. Our oysters took 25 minutes to come out and even with that the oysters were not fully shucked but still partially stuck to the shell... For $2 almost $4 each. The gumbo was under seasoned, we asked for some Cajun salt or old bay to go with it and our server said they don't have any in the kitchen? My wife's card dip was very runny. The star ⭐ of the restaurant in my opinion was their cheeseburger. If we ever return to Urban Seafood. It will be for a cheeseburger.
