Stopped here on a whim and glad I did. The ice cream was excellent. I got the Nutella Rocher with vanilla ice cream and added a strawberry, which was the recommendation of the girl who took my order. She was very nice. It's pretty neat how they make it. They do have regular ice cream if you want a roll-up creation. I enjoyed the experience and would go back.
I had the pleasure of going to this place last night with my son, for the first time ever, and it was an amazing experience! The rolled ice cream and all the toppings you want were superb. But what really sets this place apart from not only any other ice cream shop, but really any service industry were the owners (sorry I forgot your names). They truly made it an individual experience for each guest. They love what they do. They love their shop and everything that they serve. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would definitely go to Urban Ice again and again and again! Thank you for you hospitality!
Menu claims to have Affogato. You will receive a small amount of ice cream and watered down coffee, not even espresso. Restaurant is filthy. Did not even give a spoon. I guess there was no need since we received a cold coffee. The workers need a manager on site and the restaurant needs a deep cleaning
