The staffing service were excellent. The decor was both simplistic and modern. Price is on par for your typical sushi place around here that's not upscale and not very low end. The biggest downside is some of the sushi seem to lack flavor and a lot of the ingredients were like a pureed mush versus whole or chopped ingredients.
First time having dinner at Umi. New to the area, was skeptical until reviews said it was a must. Let me tell ya, it was amazing! Only reason for 4 stars is the side of shrimp had entirely too much sauce on it. It was way overboard. Other than that, phenomenal. See you soon.
I loved this place but not for sushi. it's a shame that they now only have sushi. unfortunately I can't eat it. I loved the hibachi menu. I have been told they can't find a hibachi cook. Losing my business.
