Been here a few times and have tried a several items on the menu. Without a doubt the most delicious item is the Chilean sea bass and #2 is the hot rock waygu. Both melt in you mouth like butter. The halibut was dry and the salmon was bland.
We drove from Harrahs just to try this sushi place knowing that there may possible be a long wait, and yes, there was a long wait because we didn’t have reservations. However, the bar was first come first serve, so we decided to wait hoping for someone to quickly finish their food. While waiting, there was a small table and the manager, Dominique, initiated and was cared enough to ask if we mind sitting there. She could’ve easily ignored us, but she didnt! She brought us chairs and menus and said her Bartender will come right away to take our orders and Carl came so quickly we were again so thankful! Their caring gesture and kindness really caught our attention and I hope this review can be considered carefully from the restaurant.
