Got the shrimp tempura, black garlic tonkotsu, and spicy tonkotsu. Some delicious Ramen! Everything came hot and fast. Broth was flavourful. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure.
Had the black garlic ramen, and it was pretty good. Probably the best ramen I’ve had outside of Portland proper. Handmade noodles and good service, but they don’t do substitutions for gluten free options unfortunately. The shrimp tempura and karaage were also pretty tasty
Super happy to have a good ramen place in Happy Valley. Ordered the Shoyu and Tonkotsu ramen. Appreciated that the broth was lighter and less fatty and greasy than most ramen I've had. The spinach made a nice healthy addition as well. Also thought the gyoza was awesome since it was actually panfried.
