Great looking place, great ambiance, perfect service, but the food is lacking. My son got the filet mignon and they cut it up. Great for presentation, but not to keep heat in or the juices from flowing before you are ready to eat it. My daughter got spaghetti and the sauces was a fail. How you can mess up spaghetti is beyond me. I guess it's too hard to try to keep it authentic instead of premade.

Treated my daughter to something different in our neighborhood. The prices were a little pricey but I understand with it being in a hotel. The vibe of the restaurant was nice and cozy. Our server seemed a bit off. Maybe she had worked a shift at the hotel prior to her being in the restaurant but she seemed annoyed and not focus. My husband and I both order the chicken Alfredo and we each got a drink and a half salad. He got the Caesar which was amazing and I got a Greek. It was pretty good. My daughter got a Shirley temple and a cheese pizza. The food looked amazing had great taste in the beginning but was over all bland. Our bill on the other hand was not. Like I stated a bit pricey for 3 people. However we are always willing to try new restaurants. Probably won't dine here again but at least we can say we tried it.

Not happy with the customer service, order process, and quality of food based on price. Parking difficult, phone menu options confusing ( press 1 for.... , Press two for.... ) It went on with nobody answering and we could not call or get ahold of the restaurant located inside of a hotel. Cooks leaned over when I was asking about my order, I also had an order number from the online order, and they were rude, almost angry. I was simply picking up an order and paid online. They could not find my order and when they did, they did not have my food ready, even after 45 minutes. They ran out of my food (?) They asked me to choose a substitute, the chicken parmesan came out with the minutes, probably microwaved. I highly recommend to not order here. Might be better if you dine in.
