Twisters Burgers and Burritos

They served us stale and cold food. Upon trying to get a refund, the staff and manager Luz were extremely rude and condescending. After refusing my request for a refund, Luz asked me to leave. Apparently her pride in serving sub standard food is more important than giving back a refund. Message to the owner, you need to check on the staff and their ability to run this location. UPDATE: I see now you have no intentions of making this right. Not only did I fill out a report online, I also left a voice message at the corporate office phone number. NO ONE has reached out. Twisters must be hurting pretty bad that they cannot refund a $9 charge. Or maybe they just don’t give a da*n about their customers. Enjoy your one star, you don’t deserve it.

I ordered a burger combo meal for dinner. The french fries I received tasted exactly like day old French fries reheated in a microwave. Plus I was served whatever junk was at the bottom of the fryer, it wasn't even kind of tasty. Random hash browns and other pieces of crud instead of a good serving of fries. The burger was fantastic, but the fries were a joke.

I spoke to Ana the manager on 9/26/2022 and let her know my food was cold and not good, tacos were soggy and the sopaipillas cold as well as the rice and beans, she told me to come back another day for a remake, on the two dinners plus the sopaipillas, she said I can order 2 different dinners if I want to, so I went back today 9/28/2022 , the girl at the window was very rude!! I asked for the manager and let her know that I have a credit coming to me, Ana said she wrote my name down but apparently she didn’t, so this so called manager named Luz said she can’t give me the credit, she was arguing and arguing with me, I can’t believe she even works there as a so called manager, I need to get ahold OF the GM , these people don’t know what they are doing, I even had my receipt, and she still didn’t do it, she said she will be throwing the food away instead of just giving it to me!! What a waste of time in the drive through, people were honking cause she took forever arguing with me, what ki
