Food was good, kids all enjoyed the cheeseburgers and we like the atmosphere. A little pricey but we are okay knowing the money supports the zoo. Would be five stars but we have eaten here several times and always no matter the time busy and may need to add more staff to help with customers.
This is a nice stop for some refreshments. The pretzels are really huge and come with three different cheese sauces. It is definitely something you can share with the family. This is the only place you can get this pretzel. Apparently the cookie is also enormous.
Worst line experience I have almost ever had, they have no shade, terrible line set ups, insanely slow speed. The worst part is that the workers inside are going so slowly. They see 70 people waiting in line and most of them seem lackadaisical. Most of the food is already prepped and waiting but it still takes them 15 minutes per group. They really need to step up
