The African fair is great. Every zoo visit I always get the peri peri chicken. Somewhat spicy but not too hot. You can also get a giant elephant cookie or huge pretzel. Expensive options but they would feed a large group

I have to echo the other comments of speed. This place has good food (and, as to be expected, is not cheap). But I shouldn't have to waste my entire day at that zoo waiting in line. For such a wonderful zoo, they have yet to figure out how to run a good food operation here. It's insane.
