Hey, it took some doing to get a seat during the lunch hour—the best time to come on a weekday seems to be between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. I ordered Collard Greens with Bacon (need to be more visible)very peppery and no bacon fat. The Bourbon Meatloaf was out of bounds—-the green beans were just okay. Least I forget—The Crispy Brussels were fantastic! Parking downtown is an issue and the prices will crack your budget. Other than that, Ashley, our server, was great and the food even though it is still a work in progress — is worth trying.

I've been to the Virginia locations and I'm happy to say that the quality of service, food, AND design of the DSM location is consistent with the others. Really excited to have one of our southern/east coast staples out here! Don't forget to make a reservation at least 2 days early, especially if you're trying to book brunch! I got an order of the biscuits for the table. There's only 2 biscuits per order but they are big enough to share for a party of 4 so that you can whet but not spoil your appetite. Not big on chains, but this I highly recommend. Features: Staff was wearing masks properly, tables are spaced appropriately.

So impressed with Tupelo Honey. We have been wanting to come here since it opened and we will definitely be back!! Delicious food and amazing service by Rami. One of the best servers I have ever had!! So personable and a pro when it came to recommendations.
