Did they change their bread? It's nothing like it used to be. One trip: hard and stale. Second trip: over baked. Too hard to chew. It doesn't taste the same either.

Excellent customer service! I had not had Tubby s in a decade at least! Sandwich wasn't bad. Service was great though
