Didn’t really care for our waitress in her little “red” dress. Restaurant was really nice, they had live music which was great. The crab fried rice was not what I expected, I’ve had better. The drinks were good. I would recommend just drinks.
For Valentine's dinner, we went and celebrated at Truluck's in Rosemont. What an outstanding experience... From the initial greeting all the way through dessert. Our waiter was Rudy, who was terrific. We could not have asked for a better server. My wife and I decided to share the sea bass and the steak, as well as a Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail was served next to dry ice which was simply a touch of class! For dessert, we enjoyed a special gift of Flambe Baked Alaska which was appropriately set on fire which was spectacular! To top off a perfect night, the singer at the restaurant was phenomenal. We didn't realize until after listening to 3 songs over the restaurant's sound system that it was actually a live singer. Thank You Truluck's for a wonderful memorable evening! A+++. This place was packed so make sure you have reservations and dress properly. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The food.... everything was good but the Chilean sea bass just desolves in your mouth. It was so delicious. The Auhi tuna was very good, just not as tasty as the sea bass. There is a good selection of dishes on the menu and everything was served relatively fast and portions were good.
