True Food Kitchen

Healthy and tasty food. I like that they change their menu according to what vegetables are in season. Friends and I went for dinner during the art fair, my friend got the spicy panang curry and days it was fantastic. I had the seasonal ingredient salad which was great with added tofu for protein. We also shared charred broccoli and cauliflower appetizer, those were slightly blander then we like but if you don't care for spicy stuff then they're great.

True Food Kitchen is the best! :)) My family always visits this location whenever someone has a birthday and the meal and service is amazing every single time. My entire family has food sensitivities and the staff is always very diligent about preventing cross contamination and taking care of us. I do hope they get better at keeping the seasonal desserts stocked, like the vegan cheesecake from this spring.. I went about 4 times it was always sold out by early afternoon. But other than that, this restaurant is my fav and I always feel comfortable eating here! If you're on the fence about trying True Food, do it! You won't regret it.

Lovely lunch at True Food Kitchen on the Plaza. Service was great. I had the margarita pizza. Delicious with organic tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Loved the crust. They have a gluten free option for crust as well. We sat outside and enjoyed the breeze. Highly recommend for lunch. And I look forward to coming for dinner soon. We hope our reviews are helpful for learning about shopping, eating and playing in the area we live in.
