Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Thank God Alex is back. That place was in shambles. They were not open during business hours, the doors were locked when they were open. Smoothies were not tasty. OMG! It was terrible. I went by today to see if anything changed and low and behold I could see Alex from the parking lot ????. If upper management is reading this at a corporate level. Please never place untrained children to run an establishment.

Kind, smiling staff. Inspite of having a rough day. 100% recommend! Food is hot and delicious. Smoothies are cold, clean (dairy free options with kale and spinach!) and flavorful. Love this place!

To begin with, I like tropical smoothie. This location has been steadily declining though. After today's visit, I think I'll be going to another location. We ordered online and arrived a few mins early. So we expected a bit of a wait; however, we ended up waiting an additional 18 mins. There was only 1 other customer in the store. Maybe they had a lot of online orders. The wait wasn't a big issue though. The food and smoothies were easily some of the worst I have ever had. I ordered the peanut butter paradise with strawberries, it was just blended ice. Barely enough ingredients to give it any flavor at all. My wife ordered the Acai berry boost, same thing. Super lightly colored and 90% ice. Now, the food. I ordered a Baja chicken wrap. Exactly 3 pieces of chicken, 1 slice of onion, about a tablespoon of rice and packet with lettuce. All I could taste was the wrap and lettuce. Why didn't I send it back... it was a to go order. We didn't notice until we got home. Extremely disappointed i
