Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I enjoy the smoothies and was looking forward to getting one today on my lunch break from the hospital. There’s only one car in the parking lot so I decide to go in, the person inside was already seated with food, leaving myself to be the only one in there. I go stand at the register. There are 5 employees in there. Not one of them says hello to me, acknowledges that I’m even a person standing there to even say it could take a minute. I continue to stand there thinking, surely, someone is going to say something. After 5 min of no interaction I turn around and leave.. as they looked at me and still not one word was ever said to me. Furthermore, I am dissatisfied at the lack of professionalism displayed there.

The cons outweigh the pros for me here. This was my second time going since opening, lines and waits are always long, and parking lot is difficult to maneuver. Drinks only offered in 1 size. It is difficult for me to drink it all, but feel that I should considering the cost of the drink. Today the line was incredibly slow even though we were 5th car in line. No greeting or thank you at the window when we received our order. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
