Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I've been here twice so far and both times my friend and I had great food and tasty smoothies. My chipotle chicken flat bread was awesome, so was the veggie hummus wrap. The smoothies are giant so I ended up enjoying mine all day long at work. The staff were all really nice.

I really do love the store everybody is super friendly. I came in to pick up an order and had had a previous issue the day before with an order through the app. Everyone was very attentive and even met the owner who personally took care of my issue so I would highly recommend this store location!

Terrible experience. I was extremely excited about this location because I love tropical cafe and this new location is close to my job. My visit was good, I’m assuming because it was opening day. Second visit was not good. I ordered pick up so I could get something quick and healthy during my lunch. The order was wrong and I had to wait for a new one to be made. I ended up going back to work late/ losing money. I filled out the survey they sent me via email about my experience and received a coupon. My third visit, I went to use the coupon and was told i could only use it for one smoothie. When I explained to the girl at the counter that the coupon DOES NOT specify that, she repeated herself very rudely and gave me a mean look. I asked to speak to the manager and asked when he/she would be in, her replies were just plain rude and careless. Super disappointed in this location. I’ll be going to first watch across the street from now on for healthy lunch options.
