Trattoria Peppino

Yikes. Easily the worst service/experience I have had. Arrived at 7:30 on a Friday and it was relatively empty with only about 6 tables seated. We were greeted and ordered our dinner by 7:45. Three other tables came in after us and 2 ordered well after us. The third left after not being able to order for over 30 minutes. Bruschetta was very good and came out in a normal amount of time. Then I was delivered my wine in a Stella beer mug. That should have been the sign to call it and go anywhere else. If the place was packed then I could let it slide but this was embarrassing for them. (People next to us ordered wine as well and said they wouldn’t drink it out of the cups they served it in lol) People who order after us get their salads before we do and it is 8:30. We have been waiting almost an hour for salads. How is that even possible? Waitress says they messed up the chicken parmigiana and will need 8 more minutes. Me and my friend have stopped by here for the first time and both got really impressed. Although it was quite busy Saturday afternoon, we were seated and taken order extremely quickly. The service was outstanding, especially our waitress, Marta, who took care of us being so helpful and friendly. The other staff had the large party event in the other hall at the time, covered well and professionally. The food was PHENOMENAL! A fresh and crusty bruschetta we've ordered for appetizer was literally melting in the mouth. Although we were a little skeptical about getting seafood at the Italian place but salmon special in yummy creamy sauce with roasted peppers and spinach simply exceeded our expectations! Will definitely come back again someday soon

Top notch service and ultimately fast delivery. I have been visiting Trattoria Peppino a couple of times over the past summer and was always impressed with the freshness and quality as well as welcomeness of the staff. My personal choice would be the artichoke dip, definitely. FIVE stars! This time we decided to order it for delivery and have not been disappointed - the food arrived in less than 20 min. Love that they can both accept order through the phone and you may also use Slice app if preferring so.
