Wow.. Sooo many strong tastes. Different authentic dishes you won't find, just anywhere. The portions are very decent. Desserts were super yummy. Vegetarian options: Eggplant Parmigiano Sweet dinner salad Cavalli And asparagus dish. Plenty Parking: On street, parallel, But there are garages too. Very well-lit.

First time here @ this marvelous Italian restaurant. This is now my "Go To" place for fine dining before I go to the Hartford Amphitheater in Bridgeport for a concert. I started with the grilled clams that came with a touch of light sauce that complemented the clams very well, there was some toasted bread points on the dish which even made the clams more delicious. Then came the Arugula salad with cubes of beets & pieces of goat cheese, this salad really hit the spot & for the entree the Veal Marsala with mashed potatoes was perfectly done. The marsala sauce & the taste were quite exceptional. They even have Allagash White on tap, a Belgium beer, which has been my favorite beer for two years now. Joe @ the Bar was very accommodating & even the owner came over to see how things were going. The prices are reasonable, the service is top notch & of course, the food is scrumptious... Yay

This place has succeeded in many folks opinions as the bet Italian restaurant in an area full of Italian restaurants. From the moment you sit down, one realizes that this is a notch above the others. The quality of the bread and olive oil immediately placed on the table is an indication that everything here has been carefully thought out and sourced. I'm a big here and have eaten by my self at the bar or with a family group of 12 people - never disappointed!
