The breakfast buffet is very good here. I had a huge made to order egg white omelette. The thick cut having was crispy and cruncht as I like it. There was a special blueberry maple sausage that was very good. All with the usual pastries, cereals, fruit, and yogurt bar.
Had high expectations for Sunday brunch. Avacado Toast - first serving was ice cold, poached eggs congealed. Second serving was over cooked. Belgium Waffles - first serving ice cold, second good. Traditional Eggs Benedict- really late to table, muffin not toasted, eggs over cooked and hollandaise tasted old and congealed. Coffee was good. Wait Staff was kind and meal was comped (did not request). Wonder if kitchen is on different floor?
