Town Club Restaurant

Lovely supper club in the old style. Loved the atmosphere, small and cozy, and I've always been a huge fan of the relish tray. I had the 8 ounce filet rare and it was cooked to perfection. Cream of potato soup was to die for. My date had the prime rib and unfortunately it was not good. More like an end cut and overdone (we did arrive 30 minutes before closing). Unfortunately, my date was rude to the poor waitress, who was absolutely wonderful and gracious and took the prime rib off the bill immediately, offered any number of optional menu items (all free) and coupons for future visits. The service was off the charts outstanding. My date was a jackass. I'll be coming back again. With someone else. This place is a gem.

This place should Not be rated so high. They are below average, we had the prime steak and seafood, it was un tasteful but not dry. I'm sorry Golden Corral has better steak, the cheese squares are terrible as well. Seafood platter had to much grease, the sweet potato chips are terrible as well,.

The ambiance was quaint, and the food was good. We went for lunch and I had the Cheese Squares as an appetizer. They were delicious as was the beefy noodle soup. The steak sandwich was good. It came with sweet potato chips which was served with melted butter and brown sugar and was good! I'm going to go back for dinner and try the prime rib which is what they are known for.
