I recently ate inside Touch Thai for the first time and the best part of the experience was the nice staff/service and the BYOB option. Unfortunately, even though I was very hungry when I arrived, I wasn't able to finish eating my meal. I got Drunken Noodles with chicken, and something about it didn't taste very fresh, and maybe it was over-seasoned with sauce or some other potent flavor that made it unappetizing to eat. The appetizers (curry puffs, spring rolls, crab rangoon) were okay but the portion sizes were very small for what you pay. The atmosphere was very quiet on a Friday night, which I can't say the same for most other restaurants in Downtown Bethlehem. I've also had food delivered from here before, and at some point I stopped ordering from them and instead chose to pick up my food from Thai Thai II on Main Street because the quality of the food was noticeably better.
Service was poor, waitress not friendly and unavailable for drink refills. Forgot to bring out one of our orders and was annoyed when we asked about it. Food was marginal. Ordered green curry, very little flavor. More like Chinese than Thai. Very dissapointed since I had a friend from Indonesia with me and I was excited to show off this historic City.
Elegant and very friendly, family owned food is to die for. Just enough spice to tickle your pallet and keep you interested in the food. Come stop by enjoy the hospitality and culture.
