Ordered on grub hub and it was cheaper including delivery charge and tip. Got all the items and a dahi with my biryani. Gave them a 5 star. Ordered in person and was charged more than GrubHub, did not get anything for the pulao. The matar pulao is just frozen peas and it was not cooked properly. They do have the closest to what we can call authentic. Update your prices if you are going to charge different rates. Your menu card did not equal to what you billed me for. Very disappointed with that, food was good.
During my first and most likely last visit to this restaurant, I ordered their lamb Biryani, veg samosa and lamb samosa. The Biryani was flavorful, decent portions but the rice was too “mushy” for my liking and it was extremely greasy, like they gave me the rice from the bottom of the pot, which I don’t have a problem with, BUT the oil was literally sitting in the rice like soup. I could only eat from the top because of this. The veg samosas were rather dry and too salty, the lamb samosa was so so. I’m so annoyed because I was craving Biryani and lamb samosas for a long time and I was so excited when I saw this restaurant while driving to work. This was the most lack luster food experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Anyways I’ll have to find somewhere else to satisfy my cravings
I ordered the Dal Makhani (vegetarian) and a side of naan. WOW it is DELICIOUS!!!! There was a little mix up when I ordered but I’m overall happy with my order. The flavors are great and everything was hot when I picked it up. I would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant.
