I can't say enough about this Franchise. I think I had the best Hillbilly Trailer Park taco here than any other Torchy's. I was super impressed when they clean my table for me. Don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy a great meal here.
Giving one star only for the bad service I got from This place. I had been frequently to all Torchy’s branch but this is first time I visited this branch and it was not at all pleasant one for me so planning to review it. I like Torchy’s in general and will plan to go again to other branch and not this one. I somehow didn’t know how to scan the reward or we code and the person on the counter taking award unpolitely replied that she doesn’t work on the app side and can’t help at all. She didn’t even bother to take a look or ask someone or provide help. I was trying to start getting rewards. I want to call out that I am a young guy who faced this issue just trying ti take help on to locate and scan the Torchy’s member qr code. With my experience I doubt it will ever be helpful for people who are much older. Also I am an IT guy who faced this issue. I like the food but this bad experience made me think why I am eating over here. So I will never go to this branch thinking how other older c
