TOMO Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant

Miso soup is disgusting. Fish WHERE is the sushi. No fish no rice. You fools that think this place is good I gave them 2 chances they blew it both times. I'VE been to NYC Philly Vegas MUCH better places in Cleveland. FORGOT the rae rae EAT REAL SHUSHI

I’ve been to TOMO a few times now and the food is great and the staff is wonderful. I generally sit at the bar and the bartender is very attentive and fun to chat with. I haven’t done their actual hibachi services yet, but I’ve seen them and it’s fun to watch! Their hibachi chefs seem to really know what they’re doing and put on a nice show. The food is tasty, but get ready to spend some money. I ordered a vegetarian sushi for nine bucks and I got six very small bite size pieces that I scarfed down pretty quickly. For reference, it was probably half the size of one would get at Dave’s or other similar supermarket. The sushi is definitely over-priced, but I’ve had the fried rice a few times and have always enjoyed it.

During the RNC here in Cleveland I stopped in to TOMO. The staff was exemplary. The restaurant is family friendly. They have live action hibachi cooking which is always an amazing dinner experience. They have fresh sushi. A great wine list. Beers from around the world. This place is a world class experience.
