READ THE REVIEWS! We did not, unfortunately, and suffered. This is not what you would expect from the name but serves Ramen, Rice Bowls and Boba Tea... so what could go wrong? Well, in short, almost everything. The teriyaki bowl rice was mushy, the veggies overcooked, the salmon way too big and dry, and the sauce tasted weird. The Tonkotsu Ramen broth was rather tasteless, and the shoyu egg was completely overcooked - one of the grave ramen sins. The fries, edamame, Boba and Fruit Tea were ok. The food quality might have been ok for a fast food joint with half the price, but not in this setting and with this price. Why two stars? The kids liked it, and were happy. The adults were not. Will not got again and recommend to avoid.
The service here was absolutely AMAZING. Front counter man was accommodating to my needs and even made me something that was off the menu!! They had Taro slush and I asked him to make a Taro Milk tea, which he usually doesn’t do and took the time to try to make it. He had me sample it 1st and it was absolutely delicious! He was so friendly and full of smiles. He added extra boba free of charge. What an amazing experience. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. This man deserves a raise ;) I don’t understand all the negative reviews, all the different Asian cultures make their food differently. Do not compare to a different culture. 10/10 would recommend.
Have tried coming here 3 different times to eat while at the outlets this past year... Each time the kids working there said the kitchen is closed. At the longest it was up to two hours from when the restaurant hours said they were supposed to close. The last time they gave me a rude response with an attitude when I was confused about why the kitchen was closed so far from their closing time and mentioned this is the third time. There was three kids talking to themselves behind the counter on the night of 10/29. All three seemed very bothered we had interrupted them from their conversation and time spent doing nothing. The one with neck tattoo’s gave us a really mean look. After reading the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t ever eat here and will never be coming back.
