Update 2022: Not only does Tolin's make the best Cali burrito and breakfast burrito in the state (I'd wager nation), they also make a fish taco you gotta sit down for. Original review: The BEST breakfast burrito and California burrito in So Cal... actually, the BEST I've ever had anywhere! Also, the service is great. Because Tolin's is family owned and ran, these guys remember you on return visits, which is freaking cool.
Friendly staff. For $13 bucks you will get a very average burrito. Meat lacks flavor from the other ingredients. It will fill you up but you pay twice for it. Signage is almost non existant but its there next to liquor store. Kid-friendliness: They have a tv on wall.
Very good carnitas tacos crispy with that distinct pork flavor. I don’t believe the tortillas were hand made which isn’t always necessary but something that would improve their tacos game.
