Tokyo Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi

I was excited to come here after a friend made a recommendation. As soon as I entered the restaurant, a guy behind the counter told my friend and me to wait to be seated. We waited for at least 15 minutes before anyone else acknowledged us. The manager and the server looked at us as they headed to the bar to make drinks. They didn't say anything. They looked at us again and said nothing; the third time, they looked up and decided to acknowledge us and then proceeded to seat us. The food was okay. There was no show from the chef. I won't be returning.

Mixed feelings. Visited twice. Once out of this world, the other time UNDERCOOKED. So yeah, make sure to tell the chef to cook them through and through. Otherwise, a pleasant place to visit. Nice interior.

Service: We waited over 20 minutes just to get menus to us (it wasn’t that busy). My opinion is that a restaurant should ask if the table wants any drinks right after we receive the menus, but we waited another 20 minutes just to order drinks with our entrees. Food: Food was pretty good though. We loved that there’s a halal option considering it’s so hard to find halal hibachi options. I would go back again just because it’s halal.
