Awesome food, super generous portions and very fast service. Love it and will definitely go back.

Horrible customer service! The speaker at the drive thru was broken so I called to place my order. No where on the menu does it say mushrooms are included with entrees, it’s does state onions and zucchini’s are in it. So I asked for no onions, then as I’m driving up I see pictures of food on the window with mushrooms in it. I asked about the mushrooms and she immediately got defensive claiming my food was already prepared and I only said no onions, which is true but it’s not written that they are included! She then rolled her eyes and slammed the window so I drove off. Definitely won’t be back

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Tokyo Grill. Service was good but the food was disgusting. Everything had a burnt, old taste and a terrible after taste. I even tried to add “slap ya mama” to give it some flavor but it just wasn’t edible-waste of money. Even the white sauce was disgusting.
