This was great. Had a simple birthday dinner with my crew. We were seated right away and our server welcomed us immediately. I had taste for some barbecue all week and this was the spot to get it. We started the meal with the boudin ball appetizer. It included 12 balls with a sauce. These were piping hot and flavorful. Then my wife ordered the grilled salmon with Caribbean seasoning along with some broccoli. We order the TJ platter. This plate consisted of a half chicken, smoked sausage, chicken wings not drummettes, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chopped brisket in sauce, and 2 sides. All this came on top of a bed of delicious fries. We tried our best to conquer the plate but tapped out at half. Also topped it off with a colossal dessert, the brownie sandwich. See photo I will say no more. Excellent meal but gave 4 star only because a little of the food was lukewarm.
Horrible service. Ordered online for curbside pickup only to be informed, when I called, that no one was available to bring my order out. She couldn't even tell me if my order was ready or not. So I went in only to see people standing around. Customers where piled up at the door not knowing what to do. I arrived 10 minutes after the time my order was suppose to be ready. Then waited another hour for my food. Then had to go back because they didn't give me my sides. It's better to dine in at this location. The online to go order process is a mess.
What an experience today...lol plus an amazing drink made with love. The drink or the person who made it, or maybe a combination but I will return. Someone else is driving. Lol
