Came in on a Saturday around 5. It wasn’t busy. The service was the WORST! We sat for 15 minutes before going to the bar to get service. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. She took food orders and no drink orders. She made us PAY before getting our food because her shift was almost over. When the food finally came, it was terrible! We asked the waitress for waters. Never got it. We eventually had to ask the bartender for cups of water. I will never come back and I will go out of my way to tell people not to go.
What a GREAT experience. Went with friends just seeking out a new dining experience. The food was amazing! Fresh, seasoned to perfection. Our waitress Kahana needs to train all wait staff. She was on point!!! The best waitress we have had and we go out all the time! Titos is a hidden gem in Douglasville.
Came in from California girlfriend brought me out to the Lounge enjoyed the food, our dishes were reasonably priced. Their Dj could use an updating.
